ELDA DE TOUR was born in Paris, where she spent hours discussing politics— even appearing on television—and sharing stories about Argentina, its historical figures, its writers, and Latin American culture. At the same time, she also focused on connecting entrepreneurs and projects from across the region. This experience inspired her first guide, “Latin America in Paris,” which highlights Latin American culture and gastronomy and was launched during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
